Our job is to keep the guests dancing and we rarely fail. We play 100% live music (no backing tapes/cds or pre-recorded keyboards) and the songs run fluently into one another, often with 20 minutes without stopping.  4 Tons Of Funk were formed in 2001 with the aim of performing live some of the classic funk-inspired music that can often be heard in discos, nightclubs and pub jukeboxes.
Since then the band has gone from strength to strength taking their unique blend of great live music and visual appeal to audiences all over Cornwall. The nine-piece band consists of some of the finest musicians in the SouthWest, creating a fun filled party atmosphere wherever they perform. The band is able to provide entertainment at special events, weddings and functions as well as performing in pubs and clubs. |
