How long will my listing stay live?

One-off event listings stay live for the selected period: 1, 4 or 12 weeks from the moment your listing is published by our team.

Events listed with a Promoter Pass stay live while your subscription is active.

Promoter Pass is a monthly subscription for promoters, venues and event organisers who want to list multiple events. With Promoter Pass, you can add, edit and manage your events from your promoter dashboard while your subscription is active.

Is payment secure?

All payments are processed securely via the Stripe gateway. We do not store your card details.

What information do I need to provide?

After payment you will need to provide your event title, date and time, venue details and upload one image.

How quickly does my event go live?

Your listing will be published within 24 hours.

Can I edit or update my listing later?

Yes. One-off listings can be edited using the secure link in your confirmation email.

Events listed with Promoter Pass can be managed from your promoter dashboard. Your event will temporarily go offline while our team reviews changes.

Do you offer packages for promoters or venues?

Yes. Promoter Pass is designed for promoters, venues and event organisers who regularly list events. It gives you one monthly subscription and access to a dashboard where you can manage your listings.

Can I use the same listing for a regular weekly or monthly event?

If you run a recurring event, you can update your listing each month using your secure edit link, provided your plan is still active. For longer-term or ongoing promotion, we recommend signing up for a Promoter Pass subscription.

What if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?

We do not offer refunds but you can delete your event using your secure link and then re-list under a new plan if your dates change.

Can I list more than one event at a time?

Yes. A Promoter Pass subscription gives you access to the promoter dashboard where you can upload all your events.

Do I need an account or login?

One-off event listings do not require an account. We’ll email you a secure edit link to manage your listing. Promoter Pass subscribers can log in to their dashboard to add, edit and manage events.
