Goo Goo Dolls Announce UK and Ireland Tour

Fans of alternative rock, rejoice! The Goo Goo Dolls have announced their first UK and Ireland tour in over three years, set to take place in June 2023.
The band, led by songwriting duo John Rzeznik and Robby Takac, have been rockin' out for over three decades with their catchy melodies and introspective lyrics. With hits like "Iris," "Slide," and "Name," the Goo Goo Dolls have solidified their place in the music industry and continue to tour and release new music.
This tour will mark the band's return to the UK and Ireland after a three-year hiatus, and fans can expect to hear all their favourite Goo Goo Dolls classics along with new material.
The tour kicks off on June 13 in Dublin at Vicar Street, before heading to eight UK cities, culminating in a London show at the O2 Academy Brixton.

Who are the Goo Goo Dolls?
The Goo Goo Dolls are a rock band hailing from Buffalo, New York. Formed in 1986, the band is comprised of lead vocalist and guitarist John Rzeznik and bassist and vocalist Robby Takac. Over the course of their three-decade career, the Goo Goo Dolls have released 13 studio albums and have become known for their catchy melodies and introspective lyrics.
The band first gained mainstream success with their 1995 album "A Boy Named Goo," which spawned the hit single "Name." They achieved even greater success with their 1998 album "Dizzy Up the Girl," which included the chart-topping single "Iris." The Goo Goo Dolls have continued to release new music and tour consistently, solidifying their place as one of the most enduring rock bands of the past few decades.
